Posted this in the events thread but thought it worth posting here as well...

Link to a Baltimore area Cars and Coffee event that takes place in Hunt Valley, MD every Saturday from 8am to 10am. Not sure how many coupe owners there are in the region, but its not a bad event to attend. Tons of cars (at least 200). Every make, foreign and domestic. Muscle... military... motorcycles, you name it, its there. Would be great to get more BMW enthusiasts there. There are a few e28 and e30 regulars but have only ever seen but one coupe there - not sure if he's a member of the forum. Great reason for us Mid-Atlantic guys to get together and shoot the scheisse. Anyone who wants to swing by is also welcome to stop by my place before or after for extended activities...

My coupe made a couple of shots, although not the most flattering as i haven's yet had a chance to finish the headlight grills or get some minor paint issues resolved. Still nice to see the old bimmers represented though. They are always popular when they are there.

I ride over from Harford County maybe once a month or so. I've only been over once this year, probably late April. I keep hoping to spot your car. The only other coupe I've seen is the "respect your elders" golf yellow 3.0.

Hey Richard - will your e9 be there with you? Mine is still on jack stands (got most of the tii brake booster install done today, but still need to get the brake line bends right).

Might turn up in my e39, however.

So long as its not raining, the coupe will be there. If it is, I might bring the e28.
