Hydraulic assist brake master information

Can't get the link to open right now. Frequent problem with Bimmerforums.

I have been thinking about doing the same thing when I put side draft webbers on my 3.5 engine.

There are a number of systems out there but I recently found that a simple hydroboost from a Chevy Astro van is a lost cost super performance way to go.
A friend gave me an extra boost he had. They are a common upgrade to guys with Jeeps, big tires and big hills.

I haven't gotten to the actual process of setting it up.

Now that I see the link at Bimmberforums I see that you are talking about the hydroboost system in an e28 or similar.
I own a 88 M5 that has the system and they work well but can also have problems that are very hard to diagnose. The parts/components are also getting quite expensive. Yes, you could find a donor car in a yard and get the parts but if any on those need replacing you may go through quite a few to get a good working one.
Pumps are also $150- $250. Rebuilt or new.
Master cylinders $600.

Here's on alternate that I looked at.

There are some stories on the net about guys building systems for the Jeeps. Sorry couldn't locate it right now.
