Ignition Switch/Key WTB

My 1974 euro coupe came with a stubby key with "teeth." The car lived in Italy at the start. So I assume it was stolen? and the ignition trashed. It appears to be a 320i key/ignition setup but I am not sure.

I would like to replace it with a working original switch and dimple key.

can the tumblers be changed inside the ignition ?
I ask because there is a parts car at VSR and perhaps the ignition and keys are still there. Alternatively, they might pull all the door locks and trunk lock plus the ignition so everything matches...

i have key, tumbler and ignition if your dealer doesn't turn anything up.
