ok...I'm now trying to replace the ignition switch on my RHD 72 CSi. It seems that up until 9/73 the part I need is # 61321366107.
From 9/73 until 2/77 the part # is 61321357380. I believe the difference between the two is the orientation of the loop that the grub (securing) screw goes into relative to the alignment pin. That orientation is either 90 or 120 degrees. On my switch the orientation is 90 degrees. Could someone on the board with a Blue Book confirm that the part I need is # 61321366107 - before I get a pricy part shipped from Europe... tx

Hmm, this is a strange one. There is no reference to part # 61-32-1-366-107 in either the original orange parts book or the newer Mobile Tradition binder type parts catalog. What is also weird is that 61-32-1-357-380 is on the orange parts book and is not on the updated Mobile Tradition parts binder book but this exact part # is listed on their online parts catalog as the right hand drive ignition switch. Good luck on this project.

Mobile Tradition parts book info.

Tripp...

I went to realoem.com and P/N 61-32-1-357-380 is listed for Euro E9.

P/N 61-32-1-366-107 is listed for Euro E3 and USA E12, E24 and E3, no E9s, so on that basis I would guess the -380 is your bit.

Suggest you confirm using the part number search at the bottom of the realoem home page. Skip going through the VIN and production date, etc.
