Hi everyone. I am inching toward rebuilding my intake manifold/fuel rail. The intake in question is off a 1975 CSI. The present injectors look like this

And I am considering purchasing these

What do you folks have to say about that decision?
As some may know I am temporarily installing a 530i 1977 motor in the 75 Csi car in order to drive it. The intakes are slightly different, so I am preparing the original intake just in case. In any event should the 75 motor be repairable I'll want this intake restored. If the motor isn't fixable then I'll have fresh lines, hoses injectors bellows etc. for the replacement motor.
Thanks fred

Fred-

Those are tough questions....

Rebuild 40 year old injectors?
Never for me. Too fragile, too beat.

Buy re-manufactured injectors from a mystery company in LA? From an ad without a part number?
No.

Did you have another option?

I would definitely try and replace them. I did so last year and from memory you need to get the flow and resistance right as long as the body is the same profile to utilise the existing clamps. I went for slightly higher flow injectors and bought them NOS on ebay.
