The rear bumper is back from chroming. The chrome shop recommended painting the inside of the bumper to protect it. The original color from the front bumper I have is an off white. Does anyone know the actual color?

Think it was the same or gray. I actually did rubber undercoating.
I took a nos bumper section to a paint supplier and had them match the paint. Also used self etching primer to bite on to the inner bumper/
It is an off-white, I just used some quality primer and spraypaint.
Any chance you have a paint code or color? Thx
sorry no I just used some SEM or Krylon paint, both of which apply much better than the home depot/auto part store varieties, but even those would work. You won’t see it unless you really make an effort. Just mask it off.
