Installation of grey boot liner panels nearly done to complete this restoration. Very much recommend Christoph’s products from CS Werk, he’s very helpful too.

Looks good! I'm putting together a list today of trunk pieces to finish mine.
What holds the quarter panel cover in place, does it mount to something?

I’m please I did it, looks so period for the car.

The side panels just push in place, then for the wheel arch liners, the boot spring stopper bracket and the hinge lever bolt through it which holds it in place. The bottom lower edge then fires in the back of the small floor panel

@30CSLF90M5 thanks for posting these liner images. I agree, Chris at CS work is a jewel and has fantastic NLA products.

I installed the same set of Chris' inner fender liners in my CS back in November. I did this at my body shop who did the paint work. I wanted the liners in after the bumper bolts were installed. We had a lot of difficult fighting the fit, particularly on the passenger (your drivers) side with the gas door cut out and the lower tail over lapping the tail lamp housing. We had to cut away 6, 8 and in some areas 10 mm of hard board material to get it to fit properly around the gas door and door hinge mounting face. Then re-glue the wrapped elephant hide on the back side. (Gas door fitting is hard enough). Let us know if you experience any of these issues when you install your gas door. Good luck!

Also don’t forgot the white trim which pushes onto the edge join of the wheel arches and holds the two wheel arch liners together

yes I had initially some issues with the rear panel but if you make a 20mm cut at each end and then curl the ends round, they then fit very nicely over the side panels.

But I also did think the cut out of the fuel filler looks too small, I am really not looking forward to re fitting the fuel door with rubber boot. Even harder with the side panel in the way too!

i really like the side panels. i definitely want to make some of these panels, so i appreciate the fitting notes ... something to keep an eye on when making them. this approach gets rid of gluing the elephant skin onto the inner fender and looking at the bumps of all of the nuts for the belt line trim.

as always Alvaro, your products look excellent. a couple of questions that many people might want to know ...
1. do you make the rear panel without the rear foglight opening? USA cars didn't come with the foglight.
2. so you stock any of these in the USA or is it only coming from Columbia?
3. what elephant skin are you using, does it match the new product from BMW?
4. prices? any clue about shipping costs for the rear panel to the USA
5. if you don't keep stock in the USA, any opportunity for group pricing ... if so how many orders do you need?
6. any thought to making panels for the sides of the trunk (around the fuel filler and other side)

Hello.
All my parts are 2mm thick HDF. Not cardboard.

1. Yes. I have with or without foglight
2. Colombia. But Im sending to have stock in Miami. Small parts are in Miami.
3. Left my vinyl l Right WN elephant skin

4. sending 1 panel or 5 has the same cost.
5. I would send to Miami and from there to their homes
