Instrument cluster wood

I would like to acquire the refinished wood for my instrument cluster. The rest of my dash and wood is fine. How do I accomplish this? Do I pull the instrument cluster and send the one piece to someone that will refinish it or re laminate the piece with new veneer? This would allow me to fix the clock at the same time.

Please point me to vendors that will do a good job for these two tasks. I truly appreciate any help with accomplishing this!
