Guys I am starting the assembly of my project, I see that the firewall/insulation is in 3 parts the upper part is without adhesive, any recomendation for that? any glue or adhesive for that one??

Appreciate your feedback

the upper part just has the clips that hang over the top. no glue.
one quick thought, you might want to add the metal e28 tunnel insulation to keep the exhaust pipe heat to a minimum. 40 bucks
Thanks for this tip, this metal is outside? have you the oportunity tu use it?

Appreciate

The upper piece at either end may need a dab of adhesive to prevent it from curling in. I also reinforced the backside along the thin parts because that piece is expensive junk.
Thanks for your response, do you remember what kind of DAB of adhesive did you use?

here is a pic from Coupeking's website - it goes under the firewall insulation. the insulation is taped on because its not permanently installed

we added a couple of welded studs in the underbody, and i made sure to leave a 10mm space of air between the plate and the underbody
