My car has a Blaupunkt Denver SQR 26
I suppose it will have the DIN connector. I will need to pull it and see.
Which wire is correct? I don't speak German...
Thanks

There are businesses that rebuild the older original radios that came with our cars. Working or not, they replace the guts with modern electronics which typicaly includes more watts for the speakers and Ipod connectivty. S & M Electro Tech Inc out of MN.

You might also be able to get a din plug for the rear, but I'm sure about sound quality.

Or you can get a FM transmitter and be done with it. They even come wireless now. Cheap and easy and the sound is not bad. Check www.monoprice.com (a GREAT place for cheap audio/video cables)

Tod, went to the link. Didn't find one that did not require a plug in to the cigar lighter/
Did I miss something?

Personally I think the FM transmitter type iPod adapters effect fidelity. It tends to clip a really strong instruments like a trumpet so... if you like Miles you might be disappointed in the sound.

I agree but you quoted the wrong post. The one I suggested is not a transmitter, it is a direct plug-in.
