Does anyone have any experience with the bolt on, wilwood front brake conversion kit offered by Ireland , listed above?
It uses larger rotors and wilwood calipers (I have 16 inch wheels).
Any other sources for a bolt on, larger front brake conversion, that you guys can recommend?
Thx mike

big brake question

:?: Does Ireland suggest the front/rear bias valve be replaced as well when you do the big brake upgrade? I assume they do, but want to know if they made a point of it.

Why do you want to do this? The OEM brakes (in good condition) are more than adequate.
Are you going to paint the calipers red as well?

from a personal point of view, I will be building an engine with approx 270 bhp, so although red calipers do not make a car go faster , 30% increase in horsepower will.

The kit is very nice...SUPER light... major reduction in unsprung weight, and keeps up with the 300 plus H.P.!
