Is there a wire traveling next to the brake lines along the firewall?

I am reinstalling the brake lines that go from left to right along the firewall. I see there are two clips at three different locations on the firewall one is a complete C shape that would wrap around the brake lines. But there is another one right next to it which is a half C shape. I’m wondering if there is a wire that is supposed to run alongside the brake lines there. Is there?

I think that is for the blue plastic fuel vapor hose from the gas tank to the charcoal cannister.

Yes I removed mine from the engine compartment years ago, all brittle. Vented out the trunk floor now.
