Is this a radiator foot?

Hi Everyone,

I found this part behind the grill after I took out the radiator. Does anyone know what it is? I think it might be a foot for the radiator that goes in the rubber u-shaped bracket. If that's what it is, should there be two of them? I only have one; does any one know where I can get another? Sorry about the blurry photo. Thanks.

That's exactly what it is. There should be two, and they're 'supposed' to be tac-welded to the tanks.

They were welded to the upper side tanks and not on the bottom of radiator.

I just looked at the radiator again and it's obvious where it went on the side near the top. Now I can take the rad to the shop. Thanks.
