Italy Malaga CSi

Questions arise….

The ad states the exhaust has been replaced and shows a receipt from Walloth.

The receipt is for 2002 exhaust parts and looking closely at pics- those are old and tired looking mufflers.

The ad states the injection pump has been replaced- there is no injection pump on a Djet system.

The next page of receipts is for heater components on a 2002. Not sure what is going on here. Why don’t people review their ads before posting?

hm, interesting points @sfdon.

I find this cool:

now in line with SfDon's comments - does anyone positively confirms this as belonging to an e9?
If so, then its really cool.

The car looks quite decent to me in the pics, from the outside.

Question;
the rear seats with the light cloth buckets and the black vinyl on the center and on the left and right side; it sure looks funny.
A bit too much 'Zebra' for me.

It must be a non-original color scheme?

This looks like a nice car, but I can confirm that importing a car from Italy is a huge PITA. They don't have "titles" like we do. Just a registration. And now they all are virtual--electronic records. No hard copies. And when the car is exported, the car is expunged from the system. You CAN register it in the USA, but you may need to buy a bond to guarantee the title. The Montana law firms can help with this, but still, it is complex and expensive. I love Italy, but the red tape is nutty.

The off white velour/black was an original interior color option. A past forum member, who lived here in the Portland area, had a coupe in this same color combo, I've always really liked the look of this interior.
