Leaking Getrag 265

OK, so I bought that Getrag 265. It has the pick up for the speedo cable, but is missing the output flange, the three hole thing that connects with the flex disc and prop shaft.

There is also some signs of oil seeping out inbetween the front and the middle sections, on the top of the trans. Is there a gasket there? Is that 25 ton press needed to access that area or can I replace/reseal as a DIY?

Also, I have access to a Getrag 4 speed, must be out of a 2002. Will the output flange fit the 265?

The part number for both Getrag 4 and 5 speeds for 3.0CSs is:
23 21 1 203 061. Maximillian lists them for $116.44 new.
If you have a Getrag 4 speed for a 3.0 you could use that.

The 4 speed output flanges won't fit; they are smaller.
