The seats look strange to me, a mix of material and leather or vinyl. Not sure if that was ever an option.
I guess it is in Italy, in an outdoor barn.
The photos are rather limited, so it is hard to tell much about it.

Those seats/ interior were standard for BMW. Leather seats were the option in that time. Apart from that looks like a good project!! quite expensive id say but good start!!
