The stainless center cap from a 92-978 Lincoln Town car will snugly fit a style 5 center. They are available easily on Ebay. The picture doesn't do it justice as they polish up great. Some JB will hold it fine. The center is higher than the stylye 5 and if in doubt can be packed with liquid nails. A lincoln hub wrench can be bought or dremel out the BMW one and yes the logo has to be changed to either BMW or BBS easily obtainable
