Liqui Moly had a display this last weekend.
I asked about an engine oil for older engines with mechanical valve train.
They have an oil which is 10W-40 and has molybdebum disuifide.
It is a semi synthetic.
Currently I am using Chevron Delo 400 in the M30 and S38 engines.
It has the higher ZDDP levels.
Recently though I have been using Liqui Moly 10W-60 in my E46 M3.
Not trying to start the oil wars again.
Your decision your choice.
Available from Amazon as it's hard to find locally.
So here's the link to the page.
