I'm having difficulty in finding a source of these. Any clues where i might source some from ?

those are the nuts that fix the wheels ?
i do have the nice chromed version, and the open ones, are you looking for the former or the latter ?
I think he is referring to anti-theft ones with the special key?
Indeed - it's security nuts i am looking for. Don't seem to be too easy to find

Early BMW OEM
Be very careful if you find a set of these. They are OEM BMW lug nuts with locking caps that are keyed. They work well; but you should use caution as it is easy to round the heads. I wouldn't use an impact wrench or over torque them.

Locking Nuts with adaptor

I've got a set of specially keyed lug nuts sitting on my bench that I am not using. These are the kind that come with a special lug adaptor but do not lock. There are 4 chromed nuts and 1 matt black adaptor. You can have them for free if interested. Send me a PM and I'll ship them to you.
