Looking at Windsheilds

There are two windsheilds available. Clear and Green. Is the green all over green or just an area at the top ( as a tint ) ??

Actually neither. The green window has a slight green tint if you look from the side (while out of the vehicle) but does not have a band at the top at all. The "green" glass was US spec if I remember correctly and the "clear" was European spec. I have green glass and it looks "clear" to me but if you compare side by side you can tell there is a slight greenish (very slight) tint for UV/reflective purposes.

I am on my 2nd "green" windshield and it is great. BTW buy OEM from dealer.
