- Rebuilt motor from later M30 3.5 liter w/ 284 Shrick cam installed
- 2.0 Motronics fuel injection system
- New exhaust
- Bavarian Autosport performance flywheel
- 5 speed 265 Getrag w/ shift kit
- 3.07 limited slip diff
- Bilstein Suspension
- brakes rotor, pads work as well as Stainless Steel lines completed
- Upgraded rims with 95% tires life
- Seats were redone European style
- Sporty CSL style front airdam
