Looking for a Lower Dash panel for the e3 '74 - '76 adjustable steering column

EDIT - found the plastic trim piece for under the column.

Still looking for the lower dash panel that covers the underside of the steering column in excellent condition ... not for an e9, but for an e3. this is different than the typical panel on the standard e3 (pre '74). the lower panel is for a friend.

BTW, I have e9 and e23 both with this lower cover. When the e9 steering column was out I did place the cover side by side in the e23 and they seem to be the same part - but never swapped them to check fitment.

I bought one, it's plastic, a couple of years back and I think they were available as a stock BMW part. Did you check with one of the BMW dealers?
