Happy 4th of July. I just wanted to let everyone know I ordered a wood Nardi shift knob, and LOVE it. I was reluctant to do this because I thought it wouldn't look as original as the BMW shifter, but since I got the wood Nardi wheel, I decided to take the leap. I have to say that the Nardi shifter feels AWESOME in my hand, and just makes shifting much more fun. I highly recommend it.

Rob Torres at 2002haus in san luis obispo pointed out to me that steering wheels, mudflaps, foglights, spoilers and shift knobs were like accessoriztion for guys. true. I've got a bunch of different stuff i swap out. it looks beautiful...interior pic of car?
