M1.3: Idle after driving settles high at 1300. After blipping throttle it goes to 950.

Each time I drive normally and come to a stop sign, the idle settles too high. Around 1300rpm. If I then blip the throttle, then it settles to a more normal 900 or so.

I did a search but could not find anything on the subject.

Any ideas?

Thanks Steve. This with a Motronic. But sticky linkage is something to double check. Although it’s all new or freshened up stuff down there.
