I don't think any company is still making M30 headers new, although Ireland Engineering has said they will make sets on demand. All the headers I have seen have been old Hartge or Stahl units, aside form replicas.
There is a gent on the E28 board making new Stahl replicas.

Stahl still makes em, takes a few weeks to get em though.
Korman will still sell you the Stahl headers, have 3 sizes too! 1 1/4", 1 3/8", and a BIG 1 1/2".

There's a guy, I think his name is Paul Ladue, who makes a nice Stahl-ish header for M30's. I think he can be found through the MyE28.com board.

I was just on the Bavarian Auto site (bavauto.com) and they sell a coated header for $600. No details on the diameter, but if interested you could give them a call. And maybe any Coupers who've tried this unit can comment.....

I have the BavAuto headers. They fit okay, but one outlet hung down an inch below the other and there was some minor interference with the frame rail. Instead of just living with it, we heated and bent them a bit to get a perfect fit. No big deal, but it screwed up the nice coating.
