I don't see there being much difference in install costs, they're both M30's. Both will accept all the same intake and exhaust options, and based on that will require the same accommodations for fitment. The b35 has different engine mounts in later years, so you may end up needing to fabricate mounts. It's no big deal.
The b35 specs at higher horsepower in stock form, has a more free-flowing intake track, and doesn't require the "Motronic" bellhousing and flywheel because it reads the crank position and engine speed off a 60-2 wheel on the front damper, so for a lot of people it's a more desirable engine for a swap, and prices reflect that.
I can't speak to costs, I do that stuff m'self, but maybe someone who has had a swap done by a shop can chime in.
