i am rebuilding my m30b35 again..

following an oil pressure problem because I used the old oil filter support and I did not plug the small orifice on the modern block.
I reassembled the original filter support of the b35 and the pressure returned
my "new" oil pressure sensor was not working , so I destroyed the crankshaft and the engine started to knock.
beginner's mistake .. but that's how we learn, I'm a young handyman

I first tried to find a new b35 but in Guadeloupe it's complicated

I then decided to redo mine with my stock of parts
I took out from this stock a 3.3 like new crankshaft, which has the same stroke as the 3.5, replace the bearings, well dead, the piston rings, and all the gaskets.

in doubt I also remade a cylinder head like new, resurfacing, lapping the valve and valve stem seals.
it is an 89 'B30 cylinder head on which I machine the intake ducts to the size of those of the B35, because I had already machined the intake pipes of my triple weber for the B35 before.
I also changed the distribution chain, and the guides

I have an old style 123 ignition igniter with the mounting tip, and a stainless steel sport exhaust manifold

for the moment the engine is on the support, I have backed up and turned by hand, it's going well now, but I admit that I'm a little stressed by all these modifications, what do you think of this assembly, what should i expect when restarting?

It looks great. More importantly, if it spins fine you should be ok. I’ve found that m30 frankenstein engines work fairly well. The last one I built had a b35 crank and rotating assembly connected to a b34 head with Alpina porting, a schrick 282 cam and valve springs from a b35. We ran it next to an e28 m5 in good condition and it out sprinted the m5 through second gear. I love the interchangeability of the m30. Think about installing an oil pressure gauge? It can help to tell you how tight the clearance are (aside from using a micrometer) and keep you informed of that vital oil flow etc.

Just rob it off the 911....

okay that reassures me
the cylinder head of the 3.0 should increase the compression of the 3.5 and the large ducts with the triple weber should make it breathe I leave the stock camshaft
I installed temperature and oil pressure gauges and I didn't even need to take them on my father's turbo
