Checked it out last night. Great work!
To be honest, I don't like the functionality at all. It's one of those "best choice we have right now" things.
I draw a lot from images so I appreciate the ability to search for images by any means possible.
Pretty cool. It's a quicker reference than searching through threads when you want to see what something looks like. If you ever want to scare someone out of buying an E9, just send them the link to the Body Work-Sheet Metal sub-folder.
Are all of the images you loaded pulled from threads? If so, is there a link back to the thread I'm missing?

Yes, all images that I will be adding already exist in threads, but you can't link back to the thread from the image. This is one of the biggest issues I have with the add-on.
You can also create your own personal album.
I did see a couple of things that let me know my searches had missed something. Maybe not perfect, but helpful.
Each image can be tagged, by any user, so over time if we all contribute the search function will be more relevant.

Adding the images is a laborious job that I have to do, one at a time. It's because of the way the files are stored when that are originally attached. Anyone can tag any image once it's in the Media Gallery. The albums are set up for browsing, but like threads, tags work for searching so they would probably be best in the long run. Things like "Polaris" "Weber" "veneer" will be better once we have 70-80k images out there. I think we have less than 5% so far.
