Our Southern Ontario environment is kinda harsh on cars, but nowhere near as bad as Buffalo or the worst ....Montreal. I've seen quite a few Mercedes rotted out. You almost never see an Audi like this. The worst are the Mercedes Vans. The paint is falling off them after only a few years. You'd think were built by....Ford.

no point in buying a nice car if you'll be driving it in the winter.
Toronto is full of nice and new imported cars, all idling in traffic jams and carrying people on long commutes. Hard to figure how people can afford the depreciation and expense of $50-80K commuter cars. Other than Spotify, new cars leave me kinda cold.
