In my restoration process, I have removed the seats and all the bitumen on the floor pans and seat platform. Then I used an arc grinder to remove rust. Looks like the rear pans are better off being replaced due to some perforations, and the interface of the forward seams are rusty. I may not do this myself, but what are the methods for rear floor pan removal ? Any other tips on looking out for when I have a professional take over ?
