Outstanding! It would be a cool thing to figure out how to make it a two (or more) piece design such that it's not so much of a PITA to install. (Should have been in mm too but we'll let that one go for now ;) )

its in autocad ... so it is very easy to scale up to get to MM and change the drawing units in the dimension variable ... and voila ... its in metric.

Hi guys, I have a laser that I will be able to cut these if someone needs, Check my work on Instagram @nostalgic_grains and on Facebook Nostalgic Grains.

Great offer! The part is a bit big for the bounding box of most 3D printers. I'm guessing that it would also cost about $300 to print. Cutting and assembling plastic sheet makes sense to me.

My laser is a CNC, It cuts materials, Acrylic, Wood, ABS ETC. Working area is 18x36" I don't think these pieces are bigger than that.. for example if I make them out of Acrylic we can Use Acrylic cement... that is a strong weld ! that is how they do seamless acrylic fish tanks

Yeah I just had one out and it's maybe 14" max on end.
