The address listed is just a home as shown in Google Maps. I don't see any mention of these being refurbs, but I've sent them a note just now asking.

I bit on this or one just like it. The site claimed they were from a Home Depot store that was closing. They sent me a confirmation showing I ordered a dress and all I can say is thank you for PayPal. Once I gave them my order and I checked, Home Depot was not closing any stores Odds are. "if it looks that good, it probably isn't" in most cases

Not sure about this one, but I was gettting a ton of Milwaukee tool scams on my instagram account. One link even sent me to a site that looked like a offical Milwaukee tool site

Looks like they were trying to impersonate a legit brand: silkandsalt that has closed down.
