Mirrors

Hey,

I have a question concerning the mirrors of a 3.0 CSi. There are electric windows on my 3.0 CSi, was this an available option in that time? Can they be original? If yes, where should the controls to operate the mirrors be located? The car is going to be restored and I want the interopior original again. The controls are now in the centre console, where te controls for the 4 electric windows are too.

I presume you are referring to the electric outside mirrors. Yes, they are factory. Power chromed side mirrors were fitted or were an option on certain 74 and later coupes (including the Euro CSi). The mirror control should be mounted high and fore on the driver side door card.
