Modern radio w/ BT but classic look

As an alternative, I was just thinking about using a portable Bluetooth speaker. I have a small Bose unit that sounds great and lasts for hours. I don't have speakers in my car but since the music is streaming from my phone, I don't really need a head unit.

Several coupe and classic BMW people do that.
