yes ... when the owner didn't take really good money for it at a previous auction. and it wasn't worth anywhere near that price
 
Saw it in person and you are 100% correct....was nuts not to take $45K for it. Look at the pics which are taken at the most flattering angles. Doors do not close properly and window does not seat..can see it on the drivers side pic if you look closely.

I had a feeling it was the Mini blue car. Better choice with the style 5s than those horrid Kopi Alpina wheels, but the 17s just look giant on that car. Interesting to see what it might bring though.
