Hi guys
I have have met up with a friend who lives in the US and we have taken a trip to see the GP in Montreal. Any E9ers here? Want to catch up for a beer and chat?
Best wishes
Charles

Outstanding proposal, but alas I am not at the race. Please post some pictures.

There are more noisy cars in the streets of Montreal than the track! Great fun.

"our" MAX had no luck in qualifying… o well, we will see the race today ! :D
Max did ok. Plenty of debate over the 5s penalty and the crowd were not so happy.

I am no expert of the rules, but I was not happy about it either. Not trying to cheer against anyone, but I was really hoping to see Hamilton/MB lose a race this year. Else, where is the sport of it?

Vettel should have let pas Ham after his mishap and try to retake his position during the final 10 laps. No penalty needed. Fair play. I think there's to much money involved for that.

Or, Vettel back Lewis into Charles Le Clerke to see if he could get past for a Ferarri 1st at the cost of Vettel.

If I understand the rule correctly, the only way for Vettel to comply would have been to give up the race once he missed turn 3.
