Hopefully I'm not reposting something that's already been talked about, but I just watched the movie Fractured with Anthony Hopkins and one of the lead characters drive a Malaga '74 CS throughout the movie. By far the most footage I've seen of a coupe, even some inside shots.

Does anyone know this car?

Fracture CS

up, we have been through this before. A CS Registry member (I think) sold it to a company for the movie, they used it then sold it on eBay about a month after the movie premiered.

Great movie, a lot of CS footage!!!
 
yes, that was mine. the company that bought it from me & leased it to the movie production then turned around & sold it on eBay for a pretty penny.

i don't know who owns it now, though.
 
Yeah, just watched it last night too. Not a bad flick either, - and when do you get to see a decent CS tool kit featured in a Hollywood production? Not too often...

I do remember the eBay sale now, but wondering if the film feature really added anything to the sale price. Anybody remember what it went for?
 
Just finished watching the movie.Good flick but as far as coupe screen time goes i think there was more in the Meg Ryan movie "When a man loves a woman".Good to see our cars up there with high end Porsches tho.
 
My Coupe was used in the movie about Karen Carpenter. You have to look quick though. It is used in one scene only when her agent pulls it into a driveway. I got $200 and a free lunch with the crew and stars.
