My M5 Gets Called Out By the Cars&Bids Guys at Legends

A beautiful and very original e3 owned by @HBChris is in there too, I think right before they get to my car.

While I appreciate their enthusiasm for these cars - they strike me as a group of teenagers whose parents finally relented and let out of the house for a 'road trip' - just sayin.....

Hmmm?! 'Get off my lawn' comes to mind with your comment. :D Thank God we have a whole new generation of car enthusiasts that really appreciate some of the amazing, still analog and normally aspirated, performance cars from the late 90s and early 2000s. I'm all for it, that's why I own two of them.

Yeah -well.... In another forum I used to partake in, one of the fellas there knew Doug D (I think when he worked at PNA)... Lets just say that colors my comment a bit.
From there - That's all. And yes - I take very good care of my lawn.

Even doing the "Free Car Things" it's still a $5 & $10 in thousands for the week. 2017 was the least expensive for housing & I was able to borrow an E24 Euro M6 with the M88 engine for several days.

Has Carmel started hosting events again?
2019 was the last Concours on The Avenue. That year the Lambo Bro Guys were doing burn-outs & donuts around the Tree Islands on Ocean Ave. The Police & Town Council said "No more!"

Then everything moved to Pacific Grove on Lighthouse, 2023 was the last time we were over there for Car Week.
I love from Monterey to the SF-North Bay. While I miss seeing all my CA friends, it's fun seeing their cars & watch their adventures.
