Mysterious braking problem

When my car is cold my brakes are working fine, good pressure in the pedal and firm and effective braking. Once the car has warmed up after driving (about 10 minutes in) I get serious pedal play - going right the way to the floor. I can pump the pedal to get the pressure back, but once warm the issue is persistent.

I've pressure bled the brakes and (twin) servos but can't nail the problem - any clues to help me remedy would be appreciated

In the course of bleeding, have you replaced ALL of the old fluid? The symptom you describe is usually caused by water in the brake fluid - water boils at a lower temperature than brake fluid.

And you bled all three nipples on the front brakes in the right order? And as jmackro said it is real important to change all the fluid. And isn't there a bleed nipple on the main brake cylinder as well?

Random luck

Well, the "correct" way to bleed the brakes didn't help me as I remember.
Tried it several times by following the instructions with 100%

Getting mad about not reaching result I did the bleeding vice versa towards the instructions and suddenly the brakes was in perfect condition.

I will ever know what went wrong/right with my bleeding. :)
