N52 into E9

Has anyone done this type of install? I am also considering an M30B35. I know that’s a much more straightforward install. I am interested to know which other motors I should consider. S54? I have a bad block, which is why I’m asking. I have an M60B40 in an e30 and it’s about the best sports car I have driven, so it seems like a good opportunity to consider all options. Thanks for your input.

For me, the fact that you have an E30 hotrod would make we want to just fix the coupe with another M30 block and keep it more original. Best of both worlds...
