Need German Translation

I purchased two parts off of German eBay which have not arrived yet. I contacted the seller and received the response below. Google translate isn't helping too much. Would anyone that can read German please help me understand the response ?

"hallo, hat schon bis zu 4 wochen gedauert ( habe ihnen die 3 dritte noch mit reingelegt) mfg"
 
Translation is of course a little out of context, but I'll try:

"Hello, has taken up to 4 weeks previously (I've included the 3rd one for you) Regards"
 
Maybe it's with my part that shipped Dec 2 and has yet to arrive! DHL says it left Germany and USPS says it hasn't arrived. Great!

let's see "hallo" is probably the "hella lights",
"hat schon" is a nice hat, and bis means "two nice hats"
"zu" is obviously an article
"4 wochen gedauert" may refer to "4 young ladies" or "4 old ladies"
"habe ihnen die 3 dritte" may mean that "have one died there are 3 remaining"
and "noch mit reingelegt" is obviously "all with leotards"

He may be trying to tell you that with headlights on he saw four ladies two of them with nice hats but since then one of them died and the other three wear leotards. The lady that died probably had the parts you are expecting. Bummer.

Interesting. I don't remember ordering three young ladies but sometimes when I drink I end up on eBay and it's always a surprise to see what shows up a few weeks later.
 
+1 I have the same problem, so far no ladies with leotards either, that's not in my saved searches that I know of.
