Need headlining rods

I don’t know what these look like or how they work, but would anybody have some in the UK ? I understand there are some kind of grommets needed too ?

The plastic grommets are nothing more then a plastic cilinder with a flange.
I think they can be found online if someone could chime in with dimensions.

The steel bows or rods are somethig like 6 or 8 mm round steel, countoured to follow the roof, with a bend lighlty upwards near where they enter the roofsides.
