Need help identifying this part

I've purchased this part in a large collection of parts, but i have no clue what it does, nor what its called.
It has provisions for something electrical, and the pipe seems to be for airflow. Air Temp measuring? Pressure sensor?

I know it's not used on an e9, as it has a date code "82" on it.

Text on it says 'Bosch' and number '020140133'.

Anyone?

i suppose on cars with AC to raise idle rpm ?

Test it with 12 volts and a freezer.
freezer opens aperture and 12 volts closes the aperture

its for raising idle when cold
