Hi Guys,
I am not good at wiring at all. I found two solid green wires near the fuse box that are not connected to it. I am not sure where do the go on the fuse box...
Could someone guide me what are these for and which location number of the fuse they get attached to?
Your assistance would be much appreciated.
Hussein

Well, it used to work. However, I installed a new ignition switch harness. Then I found out that these wires are out and hence I am not sure that they came out while I was changing the ignition wires. I installed these new ones. I haven't tried to connect the batteries yet.

If a few systems do not work it may be the secondary side of fuse #6. By secondary I mean the side that has no voltage when you remove the fuse while the ignition is on.

The systems affected may include the coil, perhaps an instrument bulb, headlight flasher, etc.

Going off memory (My schematics are at home) I think Green is Fused power run through the Shed relays? think high amperage things like power window motors/Headlights/Ignition.

Yes, I had to remove the fuse box to attach the new wires. The attached picture shows the connections at the back of the fuse.

This is a perfect example of why we all need to get in the habit of taking a lot of photos BEFORE taking things apart. I've been in this situation so many times in the past and have now trained myself to take many many photos all the time. You can always delete them later, but I find myself referencing them over and over.

Not sure if it is helpful because it’s definitely different, but I made this video. I didn’t pull this block so I can’t say with confidence what year it came from.

It never seems like enough pics after waiting a week or two for parts!

Thanks Markos...
It might help... I think that one of the difficulties is that the fuse is such an awkward location with hardly any leverage to see things properly.

At this point I would use a voltmeter to measure what you have working and what you are missing...

Hi Guys,
Thanks for all your support. I managed to find the place the green wires came off from. It was in number 9. I managed to start the car and checked most of the items and they are working as they should. Again, thank you for your support.
Kind Regards,
Hussein
