Probably will have to make your own. Get a flare kit and some euro brake line and a cheap line bender. It is really not hard. I had never done it before and swapped out all my Bav lines, added SS flex lines where I could also.
But get a quality flare tool. The cheap ones will not make correct bubble flare and all you get for your efforts, is one that looks close, but leaks.
