No 10 "hazard warning switch": pn 61311353428
No 4 fog lamp switch: pn 61311353589

Dealers and most jobbers would probably have the hazard switch available new. The fog lamp switch is listed as unavailable, but that doesn't mean that new old stock isn't collecting dust on a few shelves.

You might find success with some of the vendors frequently mentioned on this forum: Mesa, Autohaus, Penske, Double02 salvage, etc.

Needing switches

Suggestion--that you buy buy a new Hazard Switch--used may fail next day.
Check with substituting a rear defrost switch for your fog light switch and replace the screw out bulb cover to a green one that may be easier to find from a failed switch or from a CSi that's being parted.

Check with substituting a rear defrost switch for your fog light switch and replace the screw out bulb cover from yellow to the green one that may be easier to find from a failed switch or from a CSi that's being parted.
