I think it is well known that most of the new CSL cars left the factory for their first owners in countries like Germany, UK, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria and Belgium etc.
Interesting to note is the distribution of less than 10 new CSL cars (all versions) during the 70s:
Sweden 9
France 9
Spain 7
Las Palmas 5
The Netherlands 5
Oman 3
Angola 2
Arabia 2
Finland 2
Andorra 1
Camerun 1
Columbia 1
Ecuador 1
Lybia 1
Portugal 1
USA 1
In addition to the 500 RHD CSL cars, UK received also 8 LHD CSL cars. As seen, actually only 1 CSL was sold new in the USA.
With usual reservations for eventual errors in my "statistical archive".
