Bristol is a lovely colour!
Looks like you bought the car from Janzen Klassik.
Interesting dealer. He´s been able to find some real gems in the last years. Often totally orginal, low mileage, excellently cared for (i believe he has good contacs into Switzerland where such rarities can sometimes be found).
Funny that yours is going back to the US.
He so often buys cars in the US and ships them to germany (mostly Porsches and Mercs though), he should be able to stuff your E9 into the latest container that arrives at his door and just send it right back. Reuse the packaging, so to say...

I thought that Bristol was quite grey (gray in the US).

Not, it isn´t. That´s bristol allright. A real battleship grey. It´s just the lighting in the pictures that makes it look slighly blueish
