I believe Andis are cast acrylic, mine are injection molded just as were the originals. Higher gloss, better finish. However, Andi is a great guy, dont mind anyone buying from him but one should know what one is buying, from anyone. Doesnt cost much to return something to me for a refund, unlike Austria. Dont like them, send them back, anytime (within reason).

Hey Andi, what is your price on the clear, do you sell amber as original and do you still have any two color for sale? I might even be interested in a pair of those, altho I am still expecting some of my own to sell. Have a nice day, Andi.

triming

...you need only trim about 1/4" off the plastic reflector in the turn signal chrome body with a hack saw...

I used a dremel with a barrel sanding bit. Takes about 20 seconds per side

Hi Dan !

First of all, I do not sell those lenses, I only act as go-between !
They are not my property, I have found sources in Germany and Austria, and I share this informations. Without ulterior motives.
I´m not here in this forum to earn money, only to meet nice people ! :-D
Ok, from time to time I offer my own parts, but only if I have them twice or more.....

Regarding the clear lenses, the austrian version is a cast acrylic reproduction.
He, my colleague, had only made 10 pairs, all are sold now.
The german version is frequently offered in Ebay Germany, I dont know the guy who has made them, so I cant say how he made them.

The amber ones I had offered on beginning this year were NOS-parts !

Clear/amber versions are very rare, or you buy clear ones and paint them.
The originals (italian version) are painted too !

I´m not angry, if they are now offered in the States, good for the E9ers over the pond, bad for the international postal service ! :-D

So I have no work, cause I´m busy enough with all my projects !
