Can someone speak to the cool centre armrest with rear cig lighter?

It looks factory, but never seen one before. How available are they (unobtainium?)?

The long wheelbase cars came with that armrest: 2.8 L, 3.0 L, 3.3 L and 3.3 Li. So yes, it would be pretty difficult to find one...
